WANT TO BECOME A SPONSOR?
We would like to thank you in advance for being part of our community outreach endeavor to eliminate health disparities by educating, providing screenings, and offering community-based programs. The health fair is not just for Black families, but also for the entire community. The donations of the businesses in our community have made it possible to offer the free screenings and youth activities.
Sponsors make donations to support the health fair with cash or in-kind contributions, all of which are greatly appreciated. Your donation will benefit the health fair and its ultimate success, and it will provide a unique opportunity of exposure for your agency in the community. Please mail donations payable to: Black Family Health and Wellness Inc. PO Box 111393, Omaha NE 68111. All donations are tax-deductible.
